Steering Wheel: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Pry horn button from steering wheel, then remove the horn button spring.
3. Remove the steering wheel retaining nut.
4. Scribe an alignment mark on steering wheel and steering shaft for reference during installation, then remove steering wheel.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque steering wheel retaining nut to 36 ft. lbs.
