SUBJECT: SERVICE TIME SCHEDULE UPDATE
APPLICABILITY: Service Time Schedule/Warranty Coding Guide Print #603.01.615, Second Edition.

GENERAL: A 5-page update for the electrical section of this manual is attached. It includes information on Yugo approved air conditioning and sound systems. The new index page replaces the existing index at the beginning of the electrical section. The other pages replace Page 7-26 at the end of the electrical section.

EFFECTIVE DATE: The information in this update is effective immediately.

USE: Use this schedule to code air conditioning and radio repair orders. The schedule should also be used to code manual claims for these repairs. This will familiarize you with the material, and streamline manual claim processing and reimbursement by Yugo. TEC Release 3.0 will accept electronic entry of air conditioning and radio claims, eliminating manual claims for these repairs in 1988.

NOTE: On Page 7-29, the part codes listed for the idle step-up solenoid and the idle step-up assembly should be switched to agree with the illustration, i.e., the idle step-up solenoid is part code 0476, and the idle step-up assembly is part code 0477.
