Front Passenger Vents In Instrument Panel

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

Removal

- Use the (3409) to unclip trim - 1 - from vent unit - 2 - at the indicated locations - arrows -.






- Remove screws - 2 -.






- Pull vent unit - 1 - out of the instrument panel using the (3409).

- Disconnect the vent illumination harness connector.

Installation

- Install the vent unit and trim in the reverse order. Ensure that the cables for the vent illumination are not crushed or bent.
