Ignition Capacitor

• The ignition capacitor is located on the drivers side of the engine.

Removing






- Disconnect the negative battery cable.

- Remove the electrical connector (1).

- Remove the mounting bolt (3) and the ignition capacitor (2).

Installing






- Install the ignition coil capacitor (2) and bolt (3). Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.).

- Connect the electrical connector (1).

- Connect the negative battery cable.
