Fender Brace

• The following describes removing and installing the left fender brace. Removing and installing right fender brace is identical.

Removing

- Remove the front bumper cover.

- Remove the guide from the front bumper cover. Refer to => [ Front Bumper Cover Guides Assembly Overview ] Front Bumper Cover Guides Assembly Overview.

- Remove the bolts that attach the front fender to the fender brace - 2 -. Refer to => [ Front Fender Assembly Overview ] Front Fender Assembly Overview.






- Remove the bolts - 1 - and the fender brace - 2 -.

Installing

- Install the fender brace - 2 -.






- Install the bolts that attach the front fender to the fender brace - 2 -. Refer to => [ Front Fender Assembly Overview ] Front Fender Assembly Overview.

- Install the guide profile to the front bumper cover. Refer to => [ Front Bumper Cover Guides Assembly Overview ] Front Bumper Cover Guides Assembly Overview.

- Install the front bumper cover.

- Align the fender brace and the fender to the hood and bumper.

Bolt - 2 - tightening specification: 6 Nm
