1 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor Bolt
- 5 Nm
2 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor
3 - EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve
4 - Intake Manifold
5 - Channel Separating Plate Vacuum Diaphragm
6 - High Pressure Pump Bolts
- Replace
- 10 Nm
7 - Fuel Line From Fuel Tank Connection
8 - Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve
9 - High Pressure Pump
- With fuel pressure regulator valve
- Make sure dirt does not enter the fuel system when installing the high pressure pump.
- The fuel system must be pressureless to install the high-pressure pump, releasing fuel pressure.
- Install fuel line to the fuel rail free from tension
10 - Roller Tappet
- Remains inserted in cylinder head after removing high-pressure pump, removable
11 - High Pressure Fuel Line Connection
- Replace
- 22 Nm
12 - Fuel Line to Fuel Rail
- Do not install fuel line with tension
- 18 Nm
13 - Intake Manifold Runner Control Valve
14 - Fuel Injector
- Replace O-rings
- Note correct installation position

19 - Throttle Valve Control Module Bolt

20 - Throttle Valve Control Module
- After replacing throttle valve control module, it must be readapted to the ECM.
21 - Seal
- Replace
- The rim of the sealing ring must fit into the groove provided for it inside the intake manifold.
