Powertrain Mount Tightening Specifications





Engine Mount

A = 20 Nm + 90 degree (1/4) additional turn 1)

B = 40 Nm + 90 degree (1/4) additional turn 1)

C = 60 Nm + 90 degree (1/4) additional turn 1)

1) replace





Transmission Mount

1 = 40 Nm + 90 degree (1/4 turn) additional turn 1)

2 = 60 Nm + 90 degree (1/4 turn) additional turn 1)

1) replace





Pendulum Support

Note:
^ First install pendulum support at transmission and then at subframe.

Strength category A 8.8 = 40 Nm + 90 degree (1/4) additional turn 1)

Strength category A 10.9 = 50 Nm + 90 degree (1/4) additional turn 1)2)

B = 100 Nm + 90 degree (1/4) additional turn 1)

2) On manual transmissions, only use bolts with strength category 10.9 if threaded inserts (e.g. Helicoil) are installed. Identification: Section on first thread - arrow -.
