1 Intake flap motor (V157)

2 Bolt, 9 Nm

3 Bolt, 9 Nm

4 Variable intake manifold runner motor (V183)

5 Bolt, 3 Nm

6 Intake manifold runner position sensor (G336)

• Perform an "adaptation" after replacing.

7 Gasket

• Replace if damaged.

• Open side faces the intake manifold runner position sensor (G336).

8 Intake manifold

• Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

9 Bolt, 9 Nm

10 O-ring

• Replace

11 Bolt, 9 Nm

12 Coolant connection supports

• For crankcase ventilation.

13 O-ring

• Replace

14 Connection

• For crankcase ventilation.

15 Bolt, 9 Nm

16 O-ring

• Replace

17 Bolt, 9 Nm

18 Crankcase housing ventilation pressure regulator valve

19 Throttle valve control module (J338)

• Terminals of harness connector are gold plated.

• Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

• When replacing, adapt the Engine Control Module (ECM) (J623) to the throttle valve control module. Refer to ; "Guided Functions".

20 Bolt, 9 Nm

21 Gasket

• Replace

22 Bolt, 9 Nm

23 Gasket for intake manifold

• Replace

24 Gasket

• Replace if damaged

• Open side faces the intake manifold runner position sensor 2 (G512)

25 Intake manifold runner position sensor 2 (G512)

• Perform an "adaptation" after replacing.

26 Bolt, 2.5 Nm
