Radiator Assembly Overview





1 Coolant line

• With connection for Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor (on radiator) (G83)

2 Radiator

• Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Radiator ] Radiator.

• After replacing, replace entire amount of coolant.

3 Condenser

4 Oil cooler

• For transmission oil.

5 Oil cooler

• For power steering fluid.

6 Lock carrier

7 Bolt, 10 Nm

8 Low temperature cooler

• For fuel cooling.

• Only with certain equipment options.

9 Bolt, 10 Nm

10 Rubber bushing

• For lock carrier.

11 Retaining clip

• Check for secure seating.

12 Rubber bushing

13 Lower coolant hose

• Secured to radiator with a quick connect coupling.

• Ensure seated tightly.

14 To right coolant pipe

• Installed on cylinder head bank 1.

15 To coolant pump
