Fuel Rail, Assembly Overview





1 Threaded connection, 22 Nm

• Counter-hold when tightening

• For fuel supply

2 Fuel supply hose

• Ensure seated tightly

• Secure with spring type clamp

3 10 Nm

4 Ball pin, 3 Nm

• For engine cover

5 Fuel rail

• With retaining straps for knock sensor connectors

6 Seal

• Replace

• Before installing, moisten with clean engine oil

7 Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) Valve 2 (N261)

8 Vacuum actuator

• For variable intake manifold

9 Non-return valve

• Black side of valve faces intake manifold connection

10 Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) Valve (N156)

11 Fuel Injector (N30 to N33, N83 to N86)

• Checking --> [ Fuel Injectors, Checking ] Testing and Inspection

12 Intake manifold change-over

13 Retaining clip

• Ensure seated tightly

14 Spring-type clip
