1 Coolant line

• Fastened to fan mount with spacers

2 To expansion tank

3 Coolant hose

• Fastened to front end at top with retaining clips

4 Upper coolant hose

• Secured to radiator with a quick coupling

• Ensure seated tightly

• With junction piece for coolant hose to expansion tank

5 Radiator

• Removing and installing --> [ Radiator ] Radiator

• After replacing replace entire amount of coolant

6 Condenser

7 Oil cooler

• For transmission oil

8 Oil cooler

• For power steering

9 Lock carrier

10 10 Nm

11 Low-temperature cooler

• For fuel cooling

• Only with certain equipment options

12 10 Nm

13 Rubber bushing

• For lock carrier

14 Retaining clip

• Check for secure seat

15 Rubber bushing

16 Lower coolant hose

• Secured to radiator with a quick coupling

• Ensure seated tightly

17 To Coolant pump (V36)

18 Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor (on radiator) (G83)

19 To coolant pump

20 To upper/side coolant pipe

• Installed on cylinder head bank 1
