Drive plate, loosening and tightening





- Reposition flywheel retainer 3067 to loosen and tighten bolts.
- Installation position of retainer: A - to loosen B - to tighten

Drive plate, installing





- Position drive plate using grooved washer - 1 -.
- Install new bolts and tighten to 30 Nm.





- Check dimension - a - an three points and calculate mean value.
- Specification: 26 to 28 mm

Note: Measure on the milled surface of the cylinder block.

If specification is not obtained:





- Remove drive plate again and use shim - 2 -. Tighten bolts again to 30 Nm.
- Tighten bolt to 60 Nm and turn an additional 90° (1/4 rotation, additional rotation may occur in several stages).
