^ Quantity of oil in system approximately 1 ltr.

2. Double bolt, 10 Nm
3. Ignition coil with bracket
4. Power steering pump
^ Check delivery pressure
^ Fill with fluid before installing

5. Clamp
^ Tension with V.A.G. 1275
^ Always replace

6. Intake hose
7. Intake line
8. Internal hex bolt, 22 Nm
^ Securing bracket for power steering pump on crankcase

9. Internal hex bolt, 22 Nm
^ Securing power steering pump to power steering pump bracket

10. Sleeve, slotted
11. Internal hex bolt, 22 Nm
^ Securing bracket for power steering pump on crankcase

12. Internal hex bolt, 22 Nm
^ Securing power steering pump to power steering pump bracket

13. Power steering pump bracket
14. Internal hex bolt, 22 Nm
15. Belt drive pulley
^ When loosening and tightening counter-hold with V.A.G 1590 if necessary

16. Seal rings, 16 x 22
^ Always replace

17. Banjo bolt
18. Pressure line with hose
19. Hex bolt, 10 Nm
