Intake Manifold Lower Part, Disassembling And Assembling (vehicles With Engine Code AVH)







1. Fuel pressure regulator
- 3 bar
- Checking fuel pressure regulator and residual pressure
2. O-ring
- Replace if damaged
- Lightly lubricate O-rings with clean engine oil before installing
3. Vacuum hose
Check for secure seating
- To upper part of intake manifold.
4. Air pipe
5. Air hose
- Check for secure seating
- For air cleaned fuel injectors
6. O-ring
- Always replace
- Lightly lubricate O-rings with clean engine oil before installing
7. Fuel injectors (-N30- through -N33-)*
- Air cleaned
8. 20 Nm
9. Lower section of intake manifold
10. Gasket
- Always replace
11. Fuel rail
12. 10 Nm
13. Retaining clip
- Check for secure fitting
14. Wire routing
- Clipped onto fuel distributor
15. Connection, return line
16. Connection, supply line
17. To intake hose
18. Retaining clip
- Make sure clip is correctly seated on fuel injector and fuel rail
