Trailing Arm Bushing: Service and Repair
Trailing arm mountings, removing and installing

Removing
- Remove wheel.
- First remove spring
- Remove brake line bracket -1 - from trailing arm.
- Unclip brake line - arrows - from retainer.
- Mark installation position of bearing bracket on body.
- Remove bearing bracket bolts - arrows - from body.
- Mark installation position of bearing bracket to trailing arm with e.g. a felt tip pen.

Pulling bonded rubber mounting out from trailing arm
- Install tools as shown in illustration.
- Pull out bonded rubber mounting by tightening spindle.
Pulling in bonded rubber mounting
- Install tools as shown in illustration.
- Pull bonded rubber mounting in by tightening spindle.
Installing trailing arm
Installation is carried out in reverse sequence.
Determine installation position, if installation position of bearing bracket to trailing arm has not been marked.
