Ribbed Belt, Removing And Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items needed



- Locking pin 3204

Removing

- Bring lock carrier into service position. Lock Carrier And Front Bumper Reinforcement, Moving to Service Position
- Mark ribbed belt direction of rotation






- To loosen ribbed belt turn tensioning element in direction of arrow.
- Lock tensioner with pin 3204.
- Remove or install ribbed belt.

Note: When installing ribbed belt make sure that it sits correctly in the pulley.

- Start engine and check belt running
