Adjusting
^ Selector lever cable disconnected from selector shaft lever.
- Shift selector lever into Park position "P".
- Shift selector shaft lever to "P" The parking lock should engage and it should not be possible to turn the two front wheels in the same direction.





- Loosen securing bolt on support bracket -3-.
- Press selector lever cable -1- onto selector shaft lever -2-.
- Align selector lever cable stress-free on support bracket.
- Tighten support bracket bolt - 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
- Check selector mechanism. Testing and Inspection
