Seat Belt Latch: Service and Repair

Front Belt Latch, Removing:

1 - Hexagon bolt. 60 Nm (44 ft lb)
2 - Press off reinforcing plate slightly and pull out belt latch -3-
3 - Belt Latch
4 - Sliding plate
5 - Hex bolt. 20 Nm (15 ft lb)

NOTE: On seats with height adjustment, rivet is fitted instead of threaded fastener -5-.

Installation"
- Install in the reverse order of removal. Note torque specifications above.
