Injection Pump Connections, Sealing

WARNING! Fire hazard. Do NOT smoke or have anything in the area that can ignite Diesel fuel!

INJECTION PUMP CONNECTIONS, SEALING





1 - Seal
2 - Pressure valve
3 - Connections

- Loosen injector line.
- Tighten connection to 45 Nm (33 ft lb).
- Tighten fuel injector line to 25 Nm (18 ft lb).

If the leak still persists, install a new connection and a new seal.

NOTE: When changing connections do not interchange pressure valves.
