Cold Start Accelerator Lever Cover O-Ring, Replacing

- Remove injection pump.





- Remove circlip -1-, spring washer -2- and washer -3-.

NOTE: The installed position of CSA lever -5- relative to timing control shaft -12- is marked by notches. If the notches are not present, then the position of both parts relative to one another must be marked with a scribe.

- Remove circlip -4- and pry off idle speed adjusting rod -14-.
- Remove CSA lever -5-.
- Remove cover securing screws -6- and take off cover -9-.
- Replace cover/lever O-rings -8/13-.
- Install cover.
- Install CSA lever as marked and tighten.
- Install injection pump.
