Fresh Air Cannot Be Shut Off

Test Condition:




Engine running, vacuum is present

Test Procedure:
Switch fresh air blower switch -E9- to "0" (OFF) position.

NOTE: The position of the other two ventilation control knobs does not affect fresh air cut-off
