Digifant II

To replace the Intake Air Hoses:

1. Loosen Intake Air Hose clamps as needed.
2. Carfully remove any smaller hoses or electrical connectors that are attached to the side of hose.
3. To install hose reverse procedure.
4. Replace ALL seals or O-rings that have been disturbed, intake hoses MUST be sealed.
5. Replace any hose clamps that will not become tight.
6. Recheck air hoses for proper routing. Be sure hoses are not rubbing anything that could cause a leak. Reroute as needed.
7. Recheck air hoses for proper mounting, slight movement is needed for engine vibrations. There should be no binding or mounting stress, replace any worn mounting grommets.
