To request reimbursement for a completed repair:


QV 11 Check - Vehicle equipped with wheelhousing covers 10 T.U.

QV 12 Install wheelhousing covers - 2-door 40 T.U.

QV 13 Install wheelhousing covers - 4-door 35 T.U.


NOTE: The system automatically supplies the labor operations applicable to the individual reimbursement code.


To update a record for a vehicle with no repair performed but relevant information available:


QV 20 Customer Refused Repairs

QV 30 Total Loss

QV 40 Vehicle Stolen

QV 50 Vehicle Left Continental U.S.

QV 60 Customer Moved - No Forwarding Address

QV 70 Vehicle Sold - New Owner Unknown
