General:
The handling allowance of major units will be increased from 10% to 12% of dealer net, effective with repair date
November 1, 1987.
Policy:
Effective November 1, 1987, major units with part numbers having Mid-group sequences of 100, 103, 300 and 409 and a dealer net greater than $500 will be reimbursed at dealer net plus 12% handling. Part numbers with mid-group sequences of 100, 103, 300 and 409 and a dealer net of $500 or less will be reimbursed at the usual 3% allowance plus
27% handling.
Claim Processing:
The Warranty Information Network will calculate the appropriate handling by part number based on the mid-group and dealer net price.
