Intake Manifold: Service and Repair

- Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
- Disconnect all the hoses from the intake manifold, and the throttle valve housing.
CAUTION! Carefully mark each hose upon removal so as to reinstall in original locations.
- Remove upper intake manifold bolts. 20 Nm (15 ft lb)
- Reverse procedure to install.
