Time Allowance

As indicated in the attached accounting procedure.


Campaign Administration

Volkswagen will print Campaign Performance Authorization forms for all vehicles involved. For vehicles which are according to our records in your inventory, the authorization form will be mailed directly to you for vehicle identification and record completion.


Dealer Obligation

It is imperative that you schedule an appointment with your customers as soon as possible. It is equally important that all inventory vehicles are immediately corrected upon parts availability.

Please ensure that all personnel connected with campaigns are familiar with this recall and its procedure.
