All rebuilt 1.6 short blocks (complete with cylinder heads) are supplied only with 12 mm head bolts.
When suffix "C" is STAMPED behind the casting number on the cylinder head, head was modified for 12 mm bolts instead of 11 mm and an 11 mm spacer, Part No. 068 103 377A, must be placed on each bolt. When suffix "C or S" is CAST in the cylinder head, a 4.5 mm spacer (washer), Part No. N 901 157 01 must be used.
