Oil level is checked with transmission installed

^ VAG 1331 Torque wrench

Checking





^ Remove plug -arrow- to check gear oil level and top gear oil off to lower edge of hole.
^ The oil level is correct when the transmission is full to the lower edge of the filler hole.
^ Install plug (arrow).

Torque setting 20 Nm
