Starter Does Not Crank

Test conditions:
- Starter solenoid terminals and ground strap connections between the engine, body and battery must be tight and must not be corroded/oxidized.
- Battery voltage OK.


NOTE: Use digital multimeter Fluke 83 (US 1119) for all electrical checks.
