Disassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR Removal

2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws [D] and No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly.





3. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws [D] and No. 3 heater to register duct sub-assembly.





4. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Manual (SOS) Switch) Removal

5. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

(a) Disengage each clamp and remove the No. 2 instrument panel wire.





6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD RETAINER

(a) Remove the 5 screws [D] and instrument panel safety pad retainer.





8. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the No. 1 instrument panel cushion.





9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the instrument panel cushion.





10. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the No. 2 instrument panel cushion.





11. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the No. 3 instrument panel cushion.





12. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the No. 4 instrument panel cushion.
