AXLE AND DIFFERENTIAL: REAR AXLE HUB: INSTALLATION

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. INSTALL REAR AXLE HUB AND BEARING ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear axle hub and bearing assembly and parking brake assembly to the rear axle carrier sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 60 Nm (612 kgf-cm, 44 ft-lbf)

2. INSPECT REAR AXLE HUB BEARING LOOSENESS Rear Axle Hub

3. INSPECT REAR AXLE HUB RUNOUT Rear Axle Hub

4. CONNECT SKID CONTROL SENSOR WIRE Installation

5. INSTALL REAR DISC Installation

6. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE SHOE ADJUSTING HOLE PLUG Installation

7. INSTALL REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY Replacement

8. ADJUST PARKING BRAKE

Adjustments

9. INSTALL REAR WHEEL

Torque : 103 Nm (1049 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)

10. CHECK FOR SPEED SENSOR SIGNAL
