Turn Signals: Service and Repair

Side Turn Signal Light Assembly (for Hatchback):

SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Hatchback)

REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.
- The procedure described below is for the LH side.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL




2. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the side turn signal light.
b. Disconnect the connector and remove the side turn signal light.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY
a. Connect the connector.




b. Engage the 2 claws and install the side turn signal light assembly, as shown in the illustration.

2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)
