Blower Motor: Service and Repair

Blower Motor:

BLOWER MOTOR

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Hatchback)

3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Sedan)

4. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR
a. Disconnect the connector and the clamp.
b. Remove the 3 screws and the blower motor.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR
a. Install the blower motor with the 3 screws.
b. Connect the connector and the clamp.

2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Hatchback)

3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Sedan)

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)
