REPLACEMENT





1. REMOVE OIL PUMP SEAL
(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, remove the oil pump seal.





2. INSTALL OIL PUMP SEAL
(a) Using SST and a hammer, tap in a new oil seal until its surface is flush with the timing chain cover edge.
SST 09950-60010 (09951-00250, 09951-00410, 09952-06010), 09950-70010 (09951-07100)

NOTICE: Do not tap the oil seal at an angle.

(b) Apply a light coat of MP grease to the oil pump seal lip.

NOTICE: Keep the seal lip free of foreign matter.
