DISASSEMBLY






1. REMOVE SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT
a. Remove the screw [F] and the side No. 1 defroster nozzle duct.






2. REMOVE SIDE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT
a. Remove the screw [F] and the side No. 2 defroster nozzle duct.






3. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 3 screws [F] and the defroster nozzle assembly.






4. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
a. Remove the 3 screws [F] and the No. 1 heater to register duct.






5. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
a. Remove the 3 screws [F] and the No. 3 heater to register duct.






6. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
a. Remove the 2 screws [F] and the No. 2 heater to register duct.

7. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY
8. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY
9. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY






10. REMOVE GLOVE BOX LIGHT ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the glove box light assembly.

11. REMOVE PLASMACLUSTER

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL PLASMACLUSTER






2. INSTALL GLOVE BOX LIGHT ASSEMBLY
a. Engage the 2 claws and install the glove box light assembly.

3. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
4. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY
5. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY






6. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
a. Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 2 screws [F].






7. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
a. Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws [F].






8. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
a. Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws [F].






9. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
a. Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws [F].






10. INSTALL SIDE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT
a. Install the side No. 2 defroster nozzle duct with the screw [F].






11. INSTALL SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT
a. Install the side No. 1 defroster nozzle duct with the screw [F].
