Drive Sprocket

DISASSEMBLY
REMOVE NEEDLE BEARING





a. Using a screwdriver, remove the snap ring.





b. Remove the needle bearing and spacer.

INSPECTION
CHECK NEEDLE BEARING





Check that burnt spots, deformation or play due to the wear is not identified. If they are identified, replace the needle bearing.

REASSEMBLY
INSTALL NEEDLE BEARING





a. Install the needle bearing and spacer.





b. Using a screwdriver, install the snap ring.
