Cylinder Head Torque and Sequence

Cylinder Head Installation:

Head Bolt Tightening
First Turn 49 Nm
Second Turn 90 degrees

If any cylinder head bolt is broken or deformed, replace it. Apply a light coat of engine oil on the threads and under the heads of the cylinder head bolts.

Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolts
Torque 19 Nm

Head Surface Warpage (Maximum)
Cylinder Block Side 0.05 mm
Manifold Side 0.08 mm
