Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY




1. REMOVE AIR INLET SERVOMOTOR
a Remove the 4 screws and servomotor with link.




b. Using a screwdriver, release the claw and remove the link.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




2. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR
Remove the 3 screws and blower motor.




3. Manual A/C only:
REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR
Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.
4. Auto A/C only:
REMOVE BLOWER LO-RESISTOR
Remove the 2 screws and blower lo-resistor.

REASSEMBLY
Reassembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
