REMOVAL
1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)

2. REMOVE STABILIZER BAR





3. DISCONNECT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM FROM LOWER BALL JOINT
Remove the 2 nuts and bolt.

Torque: 142 Nm (1,450 kgf-cm, 105 ft. lbs.)





4. A/T RH side, M/T both side:
DISCONNECT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM
Remove the 3 bolts, lower suspension arm bracket and lower suspension arm.

Torque:
A: 215 Nm (2,190 kgf-cm, 158 ft. lbs.)
B: 175 Nm (1,790 kgf-cm, 129 ft. lbs.)
C: 147 Nm (1,500 kgf-cm, 109 ft. lbs.)


HINT: At the time of installation, after stabilizing the suspension, torque the bolt A and B.

5. A/T LH side:
REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER WITH LOWER SUSPENSION ARM
a. Remove the 7 bolts, 4 nuts, lower suspension arm brackets and suspension crossmember with the lower suspension arm, as shown in the illustration below.

Torque:
A: 175 Nm (1,790 kgf-cm, 129 ft. lbs.)
B: 225 Nm (2,305 kgf-cm, 167 ft. lbs.)
C: 147 Nm (1,500 kgf-cm, 109 ft. lbs.)
D: 60 Nm (620 kgf-cm, 45 ft. lbs.)
E: 57 Nm (580 kgf-cm, 42 ft. lbs.)






HINT: At the time of installation, after stabilizing the suspension, torque the bolt A, B and C.

b. Support the center member securely.





6. A/T LH side:
REMOVE LOWER SUSPENSION ARM FROM SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER
Remove the bolt and lower suspension arm.

Torque: 215 Nm (2,190 kgf-cm, 158 ft. lbs.)

HINT: At the time of installation, after stabilizing the suspension, torque the bolt.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

HINT: After installation, check the front wheel alignment.
