Disassembly and Reassembly
DISASSEMBLY1. Auto A/C only:
REMOVE AIR INLET SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the 4 screws and servomotor with link.
b. Using a screwdriver, release the claw and remove the link.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
2. Manual A/C only:
REMOVE AIR INLET [1][2]CONTROL CABLE
3. Manual A/C only:
REMOVE A/C AMPLIFIER
4. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR
Remove the 3 screws and blower motor.
5. Manual A/C only:
REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR
Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.
6. Auto A/C only:
REMOVE BLOWER LO-RESISTER
Remove the 2 screws and blower lo-resister.
REASSEMBLY
1. Manual A/C:
INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR
Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.
2. Auto A/C:
INSTALL BLOWER LO-RESISTOR
Install the blower lo-resister with the 2 screws.
3. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR
Install the blower motor with the 3 screws.
4. Manual A/C only:
INSTALL A/C AMPLIFIER
5. Manual A/C only:
INSTALL AIR INLET [1][2]CONTROL CABLE
6. Auto A/C only:
INSTALL AIR INLET SERVOMOTOR
a. Install the link to the servomotor.
b. Install the servomotor with the 4 screws.
