REMOVAL1. REMOVE THESE PARTS:
a. Front Door Scuff Plate LH
b. Cowl Side Trim LH
c. Lower No.1 Panel
d. Lower LH Insert
e. Center Cluster Finish Panel
2. DISCONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER [1][2]CONTROL CABLE
3. REMOVE A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY
Remove the 4 screws and pull out the A/C control assembly, then disconnect the connector and air inlet damper [1][2]control cable.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY
a. Connect air inlet [1][2]control cable.
1. Pull out the inner of air inlet cable and hit the link of blower unit on the link stopper.
2. Set the cable connector to lever pin and clamp the cable outer.
b. Connect the connectors.
c. Pass the air mix damper [1][2]control cable, as shown in the illustration.
d. Install the 4 set screws.
e. Connect air mix damper [1][2]control cable. Set the cable connector to air mix link pin on left side of A/C unit and clamp the cable outer on.
f. After connection, check the heater control dial operation.
2. INSTALL THESE PARTS:
a. Center Cluster Finish Panel
b. Lower LH Insert
c. Lower No.1 Panel
d. Cowl Side Trim LH
e. Front Door Scuff Plate LH
