SPARK TEST
NOTE: To prevent excessive fuel being injected from the injectors during this test, don't crank the engine for more than 12 seconds at a time.

1. Disconnect the high-tension cord from the IIA.

2. Install a spark tester on to a high tension cord (or a spark plug if a tester is not available) and ground the tester (or spark plug).

3. Crank the engine and see if spark occurs at the spark tester.
^ If sparking does not occur, proceed to Ignition System Testing.
