Without A/C

1. Disconnect wire routing clamps and wiring connectors from alternator.
2. Loosen pivot bolt and adjustment lock bolt, then remove drive belt.
3. Remove pivot bolt and adjustment lock bolt, then the alternator.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Tension drive belt.
b. Torque pivot bolt to 38 ft. lb.
c. Torque adjustment lock bolt to 13 ft. lb.
