Ignition Cable: Testing and Inspection

- Disconnect the high-tension cords at rubber boot. Do not pull on the cords.

NOTICE: Pulling on or bending the cords may damage the conductor inside.

- Remove distributor cap.
- Measure resistance between spark plug connector and distributor terminal.

Maximum resistance: 25 k ohms

- If resistance is high, check distributor terminals.
- If necessary replace cap and/or wire.
