Disassembly and Reassembly

1. Remove caliper as in PADS.
2. Remove two caliper siding bushings and four dust boots.
3. Using screwdriver, remove cylinder boot set ring and cylinder boot.
4. Place a piece of cloth between piston and cylinder and using compressed air, remove piston from cylinder.
5. Using screwdriver, remove piston seal.
6. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to all movable parts.
7. Install piston seal and piston in cylinder.
8. Install cylinder boot and set ring in cylinder.
9. Install collar and dust boot, ensuring that boot is secured firmly to bushing groove.
