REMOVAL:

Tailpipe Removal And Installation:

1. Remove two bolts holding front exhaust pipe to tailpipe bracket.

2. Remove two bolts holding front exhaust pipe to tailpipe and remove the gasket.

3. Remove two through bolts and tailpipe.

Damper Removal And Installation:

4. Remove two bolts and damper.

Support Bracket:

5. Remove two bolts and support bracket.

Front Exhaust Pipe:

6. Remove three nuts, front exhaust pipe and gasket.

Exhaust Pipe Removal:

INSTALLATION:

Exhaust Pipe Installation:

1. Place new gasket on front of front exhaust pipe. Install pipe and tighten three new nuts.
Torque Value: 46 ft.lb (62 Nm)

Support Bracket:

2. Install support bracket with two bolts.
Torque Value: 15 ft.lb (21 Nm)

Damper Removal And Installation:

3. Install damper with two bolts.
Torque Value: 15 ft.lb (21 Nm)

Tailpipe Removal And Installation:

4. Install tailpipe with two through bolts.
Torque Value: 48 ft.lb (66 Nm)

5. Place a new gasket between exhaust pipe and tailpipe.

6. Temporarily install two bolts holding front exhaust pipe to tailpipe.

7. Install two bolts holding the front exhaust pipe bracket to tailpipe.
Torque Value: 14 ft.lb (19 Nm)

8. Tighten two bolts holding front exhaust pipe to tailpipe.
Torque Value: 32 ft.lb (43 Nm)
