The enclosed special service campaign dealer/owner list (MO2) indicates each customer's name, address and vehicle identification number that are involved in this campaign in your area. You may also utilize this list for your future follow-up system.

4. Parts ordering

No parts are required in this campaign. The correct replacement label is being sent with each owner notification letter.
