Clutch Switch: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
On manual transmission models, the Clutch Start Switch activates the starter relay and thus the starter.


OPERATION
The starter sends a signal to the ECU through terminal STA. The Clutch Start Switch will only allow starter activation when the clutch pedal is completely depressed.
