Fig. 9 Testing BVSV - Closed Position:

1. Drain coolant from radiator into a suitable container.

2. Remove the TVV from the water by-pass outlet.

3. Apply adhesive to threads of the TVV and reinstall.

Torque Value: 22 ft.lb (29 Nm)

4. Refill cooling system and inspect for leaks.
