REMOVAL:

Exhaust Pipe Removal And Installation:

1. Loosen two bolts, and disconnect bracket.

2. Remove two bolts and nuts holding the front exhaust pipe to the center exhaust pipe.

3. Remove the three nuts retaining the exhaust pipe to the front TWC.

4. Remove the front exhaust pipe and gaskets.

INSTALLATION:

1. Place two new gaskets on the front and rear of the front exhaust pipe.

2. Temporarily install the two bolts and two new nuts holding the front exhaust pipe to the center exhaust pipe.

3. Install and torque three new nuts holding the front exhaust pipe to the front TWC.
Torque Value: 46 ft.lb (62 Nm)

4. Torque two bolts and nuts holding the front exhaust pipe to the center exhaust pipe.
Torque Value: 32 ft.lb (43 Nm)

5. Install the bracket with the two bolts.
